Transcendent Hero

I'm Katie Ann Dotson. I have a family that i barely talk to you and my parents are divorced. I never get to see my dad only at my soccer games and school events. Not having my dad in my life has changed my personality entirely. I use to be happy all the time, and now I'm not as happy as I use to be. I'm still crazy and I love to have fun. My dad taught me how to play soccer since I was three years old and now I have the most amazingest friends, I could ever have, and I love my dad for introducing them to me. I miss my dad a bunch. My life has been better now that I get to see my dad more often than usual. He has made me who I am today. I also got my hobbies from him and he has taught me alot from his experiences. I love my dad for making me who I am today.

The Journey In Search Of Knowledge

My journey for the rest of my life is to become a photographer. I want to travel the world taking pictures of what i see and discover. My dad has been a big part of my future and now I get to travel to Paris, France next year over my Spring Break. My club soccer team as also helped me see different places, by my team travleing to different cities for a tournament. My main obstacle will be MONEY, but i think I'll be able to get around that obstacle with the job I already have. Me being victorious with this journey may encourage others to travel the world and see other cultures around the world.

The Mentor

My Mentor would be my mother. She has put me in certain challenges that will help me out in the future such as: I have to work for the things I want, making me cook dinner so I'll be able to cook for my family, and she teaches me how to clean and be organized for not only colledge, but when i plan to travel I'll be able to have everything I need for a trip.

The Threshold Guardian

My parents divorce is my first obstacle. My emotions and my relationship between both of my parents is hard enough for me to try to get past. Deciding who I want to stay with more can not be decided. I love my parents equally and trying to be close to both of them in the future will be the hardest challenge.

Shadow

My shadow would have to be music. I love listening to music and that makes it to where i get distracted easily and I can't focus on anything. Music takes up most of my time, even though I could be cleaning or completing my homework. During soccer practice I'm always singing which doesn't help me to focus on the game or what we are trying to accomplish during practice. I love music, but it's also my evil shadow.

Trickster

Justin is my trickster. He is one of my bestfriends and he means alot to me. He always keeps me up when I'm down, and makes sure I never quit on anything. I can talk to him about anything and he makes it funny and makes me laugh 24/7. He is a big part of my future quest.

My Ultimate Test

My test through out my journey is soccer. I go through many physical test playing soccer, working out hard everyday is my challenge and also staying in shape and wanting to start out on the field is my test every practice.
